The Challenge
This multi-tenant office building needed a complete flooring replacement. The existing carpet and VCT had reached the end of their service life, showing heavy wear in common areas and dated aesthetics that no longer met tenant expectations.
The critical constraint: the building was fully occupied with multiple tenants and normal business hours. A full shutdown was not an option. The property manager needed a contractor who could work in phases, transforming the space while keeping operations running.
Our Approach
We developed a comprehensive after-hours installation plan with phased sequencing. Crews worked overnight, with all work areas cleared and ready for tenants by building opening each morning.

Working with the property manager, we specified a commercial-grade luxury vinyl tile that would provide the durability needed for high-traffic common areas while offering the wood-look aesthetic that modern tenants expect:
